Dog. I would NEVER ask someone to go to the store to get some water. They'd have to volunteer.
The fact that Ish can't see how that's disrespectful is concerning.
Part of being considerate of the space you occupy with others is considering the impact your actions can have on them. Respect isn't just about intent; it's also about awareness. And honestly, I don't even want to force you to overcome your ego on my account. If consideration has to be extracted from someone, it probably wasn't there to begin with.
