I think Mel desperately wanted to be one of the boys in the beginning but underestimated how hard it would be to disconnect her emotions from the banter.

I respect your opinion but I disagree. I think Sasha has a lot of depth and her takes are always well thought out and original. Plus she is extremely smart and witty.

Not at all. I am sure Sasha is lovely, but she brings nothing to the table in terms of what matters as a podcaster. I won't say people who like only like her because of her looks because I think that is too reductive, but personally she isn't giving much as an addition to the cast. However, this could be a skill she can develop.
