In a time where albums are becoming playlists and a way to chase numbers, it was important for me to bring it back to the roots and make a full, conceptual, thought-out piece of work.

My 3-part self-titled album, JBADGE, is split into 3 parts.
This is my 2nd studio album and my most personal piece of work. I've been making music since 2016, and I always wanted to get to a certain place of vulnerability in my music that I feel like I finally reached with this album.
I took 2 years off from dropping because I needed to process life.
I lost my mother in 2016. 👶 I became a father in 2023 to a beautiful baby girl.I quit opioids cold turkey. Dealt with my first real breakup.

I finally got my monetization back on YouTube!

-LONG FORM CONTENT

I had to get out my comfort zone after realizing YouTube simply isn't built for music right now. Music can do well on YouTube but it will not be pushed as heavy in the algorithm. I started making long form content 10 minutes up to an hour long and got my 4000 watch hours again in a little over one year.

Slowly got my daughter off the high stimulation youtube shit and started introducing some of the low stimulation shows we grew up on (90s babies) and you can definitely see the difference. I feel like 3 is the perfect age to make the transition though. If we waited any longer she'd probably be hooked still #ParentShit
